Head of Creative Marketing

About the role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a creative marketing professional based in Switzerland. You will shape the advertising strategy for high‑growth digital products in global markets, driving paid acquisition performance while leading a talented creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic across multiple digital products.
• Lead the creation of high‑performing advertising concepts and oversee the full production lifecycle.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality assets.
• Partner closely with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives.
• Build and optimise scalable creative production processes and best practices.
• Design testing methodologies and continuously improve creative effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar function.
• Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
• Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing multiple priorities.
• Hands‑on expertise in creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
