Head of Finance

About the role

Mixverse AG is a technology startup developing next‑generation AR near‑eye devices. As Head of Finance you will lead the financial function across the group, supporting rapid growth, fundraising and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute financial strategy, planning, management and reporting aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead financial analysis, forecasting and provide insights for business decisions.
• Manage capital, liquidity, investments and fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee capital planning processes and ensure robust internal controls and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with investors, auditors, banks and external service providers.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive company‑wide strategies and advise on financial implications of initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc, monthly and quarterly financial and management reports to board committees.
• Supervise tax and audit compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Head of Finance, Finance Director, etc.).
• Swiss nationality or B/C work permit.
• Deep understanding of financial strategy, risk control and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting and reporting.
• Hands‑on attitude, ability to work independently in a small team.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
