Head of Go-to-Market

About the role

The Head of Go-to-Market will report directly to the CEO and sit on Flexion's leadership team, combining hands‑on commercial execution with building the first repeatable GTM model for humanoid robotics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OEM and enterprise relationships, turning POCs into multi‑year contracts.
• Define packaging, pricing and monetisation across software licensing and platform capabilities.
• Develop a framework to qualify and prioritise technically feasible, high‑value opportunities.
• Establish repeatable GTM processes: segmentation, pipeline, forecasting, CRM and deal governance.
• Own key customer conversations, proposals, negotiations and deal progression.
• Design and scale the commercial organisation as revenue traction grows.

Required profile

• Proven 0‑1 / early‑stage GTM experience, having built commercial models from scratch.
• Hands‑on strategic selling record with complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Experience commercialising AI or highly technical software into large enterprises.
• Ability to create qualification, segmentation, packaging, pricing and sales processes from first principles.
• Strong interpersonal judgement, high EQ and ability to work with founders, engineers and OEM executives.
• Team‑leadership experience in hiring and developing early commercial hires.
• Comfort with ambiguity, frequent travel and a builder mentality.
