Head of Group FP&A (Zurich)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Group FP&A to lead the finance planning function for a fast‑growing international organisation based in Zurich. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will shape the group‑wide budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a best‑in‑class Group FP&A capability across multiple entities.
• Own the annual planning, budgeting and rolling forecast cycles.
• Provide insight, challenge and decision support to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Design and optimise a structured, process‑driven FP&A environment.
• Manage and develop a small high‑performing FP&A team.
• Operate within a commercial, fast‑paced, internationally complex business model.

Required profile

• Proven group‑level FP&A experience in a multinational organisation.
• Strong track record of improving financial planning processes.
• Experience building or transforming FP&A functions.
• Ability to work effectively with CFO‑level and executive stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, structured and highly process‑driven approach.
• Exposure to trading, commodities or capital‑intensive business models (must).
