Head of Group Internal Communications

About the role

Join the leadership team at mci group as the Head of Group Internal Communications, shaping how thousands of employees across multiple countries and brands connect with the company’s purpose, strategy, and culture. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will work closely with the CEO, Group President and senior leaders to drive employee engagement and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group’s internal communications strategy and annual priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on executive communication, organisational change and employee engagement.
• Partner with Group HR to bring the Employee Value Proposition to life through communication.
• Co‑lead the evolution of the digital workplace, improving content governance and user adoption.
• Coach and develop the Group Internal Communications Coordinator.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of the annual Business Academy and support CEO Live and other strategic employee moments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• International mindset with experience across countries, cultures and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives.
• Excellent English writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading communication through organisational change and business integration.
• Inclusive, human‑first leadership style that builds trust.
