Head of Marketing & Communication

About the role

Artificialy, a Swiss AI company, is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communication to lead its marketing, communication and event activities. You will work with a talented team to translate cutting‑edge AI solutions into clear messaging, impactful campaigns and engaging content, strengthening the brand across Ticino and the wider Swiss market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall marketing, communication and event strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Develop and manage multichannel campaigns (online and offline) to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Oversee digital presence, including website, social media, newsletters, publications and content marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to craft market‑oriented communication for technology, projects and products.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, optimizing activities for ROI, market impact and reputation.
• Coordinate relationships with external agencies, partners, media and institutional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech‑driven, SaaS or innovative service environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Ticino and Swiss market with an established professional network.
• Proactive, collaborative leadership style and ability to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1); German is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.
