Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the go‑to‑market function of a fast‑growing cybersecurity firm. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will own revenue generation, market positioning, and the overall commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy across sales and marketing.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing sales organisation from pipeline generation to deal closure.
• Position complex cybersecurity and risk‑management solutions to C‑suite and board‑level audiences.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs related to revenue, pipeline health and marketing performance.
• Contribute to the broader business strategy as a senior leadership team member.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, preferably within cybersecurity, technology or professional services.
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise or mid‑market clients.
• Strong gravitas and communication skills with the ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with the discipline to build processes and structures.
• Background in scale‑up or growth‑stage environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
