Head of the Center of Teaching & Learning Excellence

About the role

EHL is seeking a visionary leader to head its Center of Teaching & Learning Excellence (CTLE). Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer, you will shape the institution’s teaching and learning strategy, drive digital innovation, and support faculty development across the EHL Group.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and implement the Teaching & Learning Strategy to deliver a signature EHL classroom experience.
• Support the Chief Academic Officer in leading the CTLE and facilitating faculty support and development.
• Oversee the introduction and expansion of educational technologies to enhance classroom delivery and student engagement.
• Adapt pedagogical content and curricula in line with industry trends such as AI, sustainability and digital transformation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of faculty developers, education specialists, learning designers and instructional technologists.
• Drive initiatives that advance faculty learning, uphold institutional values and further EHL’s digital education vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience in academic leadership or senior educational management.
• Passion for hospitality education and a strong alignment with EHL’s leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care and experimentation.
• Track record of managing digital transformation projects in a learning environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
