Hospitality and Event Senior Manager

About the role

Roger Dubuis is looking for a dynamic Hospitality and Event Senior Manager to shape and deliver premium brand experiences worldwide. The role will drive the planning, execution and optimisation of high‑impact events and hospitality initiatives that reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the global annual event calendar and a brand roadshow across ~10 key markets, with KPI tracking and performance analysis.
• Create event toolboxes for new product launches to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Position the Manufacture Visit as a must‑have experience within the client journey and oversee hospitality across Manufacture, boutiques and events.
• Design innovative activations that showcase craftsmanship and elevate the client experience.
• Establish and distribute an annual catalogue of client‑treatment guidelines, visual merchandising standards and POS materials; manage orders, purchasing, pricing and stock in SAP.
• Act as liaison for Richemont Maisons on group projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Define boutique music style guidelines and ensure uniform brand implementation.
• Lead sponsorship contracts from negotiation through execution, coordinating logistics, client profiling and personalized deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and large‑scale event management.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
