HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the Audi Revolut F1 Team at our headquarters in Hinwil, Switzerland. You will act as the primary people partner for leaders across the organisation, translating business objectives into people strategies that support the fast‑paced Formula 1 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle for multiple divisions.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with the F1 race calendar, project milestones and business priorities.
• Coach and challenge managers to maximise individual and team performance in a high‑performance setting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive employee matters, ensuring confidentiality and sound judgement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Development to attract, develop and retain top talent.
• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that sustain motivation, wellbeing and cohesion during demanding race seasons.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and manage HR processes related to work permits, immigration and international mobility.
• Leverage people analytics and HR data to inform workforce decisions and organisational design.

Required profile

• Federal HR Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a fast‑paced, project‑oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and international mobility processes.
• Ability to work effectively with leaders and employees across multiple locations, including trackside and remote settings.
• Excellent communication, coaching and advisory skills.
