HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

About the role

Viatris, a global healthcare company, is hiring an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for its BGP Products Operations GmbH, based in Allschwil and Steinhausen. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will support people-related initiatives, HR administration, employee relations and compliance, and help the business build engaged, high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on organizational, talent and employee matters
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and change initiatives
• Help build an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture
• Manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, contract amendments and offboarding
• Coordinate employment documentation with HR shared services and recruitment teams
• Ensure accurate employee data and HR administration
• Guide performance management, absence management and employee relations
• Support investigations and conflict resolution confidentially
• Support annual compensation reviews and promotion processes
• Advise on Swiss social security, pension plans, insurance and statutory benefits
• Work with payroll and HR service teams and ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international organization
• Experience supporting diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Swiss labor law, social security, benefits and employment practices
• Fluent English and German; French is an advantage

• HR systems such as Workday, SAP or similar
• Business acumen, problem solving and strong communication skills
• Integrity, discretion and attention to detail
