About the role
Join a dynamic, people‑focused team in Lucerne to create real value for clients and skilled professionals in the industrial sector. You will own the full recruitment cycle and contribute to HR projects such as employer branding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job ads, interviews and active sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and support HR projects.
- Maintain the candidate database and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Required profile
- Technical or commercial training background.
- Sales or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communicator with initiative and structured work style.
- Valid driver’s licence (Category B).
- Fluent German; English/French a plus.
