HR Information Systems Consultant – Human Capital

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice in Switzerland as an HR Information Systems Consultant. You will help leading organisations redesign their HR operating models, implement cutting‑edge HR technology and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration and deployment of HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Analyse client HR challenges and translate business needs into technology‑enabled solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through expertise and professionalism.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, functional experts and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership and innovation in HR transformation.

Required profile

• Strong academic background – Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, systems and organisational dynamics.
• Genuine interest in HR information systems, data management and technology‑enabled HR transformation.
• First‑hand exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
