HR Manager – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

The partner company seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for a fast‑moving, fully remote team based in Switzerland. You will shape people processes, support managers, and champion a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, from role definition to offers, ensuring structured hiring processes and strong candidate experience.
• Plan workforce needs proactively, maintain talent pipelines, and benchmark compensation to design competitive offers.
• Manage onboarding, HR operations (contracts, payroll, benefits, leave), and off‑boarding, guaranteeing legal compliance.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and early attrition signals.
• Partner with leadership on engagement, well‑being, inclusion, and remote‑team rituals.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to streamline HR workflows.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience, including full‑cycle recruitment in medium‑to‑large tech or games organisations.
• Proven ability to run rigorous hiring processes with structured interviews, assessments, and scorecards.
• Hands‑on experience in compensation planning, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong conflict‑handling skills, autonomy, and a proactive improvement mindset.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for HR processes.
• Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Slack for distributed‑team communication.
