Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resource Business Partner works closely with managers to improve employee engagement and productivity while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role also leads key HR projects and mentors junior HR staff across the Swiss and Dutch offices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance, coaching, career development, and disciplinary support to business leaders.
• Resolve complex employee‑relations issues and act as a mentor for less experienced HR professionals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive people plans, talent management processes, and succession planning.
• Embed business strategies through workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and strategic recruitment.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to create actionable solutions and measure program effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with department heads, support formal appeals, and coach managers on best practices.
• Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, compensation, training, and development programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and internal HR policies.
• Ability to manage complex employee‑relations cases and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
