Human Resources Manager (Graduate)

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s European Headquarters in Geneva as a Human Resources Manager. This position is designed for a recent graduate who wants to launch a career in HR while contributing to a global consumer‑goods leader.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR data coordinator and advisor for assigned department(s).
• Lead employee‑relations initiatives, including relocation, expat support, performance management, recognition programs, and capability building.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR data reports with actionable insights.
• Communicate HR policies and updates to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour regulations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in human resources.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
