HWM Planning & Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HWM Planning & Sales Operations Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team in Meyrin. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning, allocation and worldwide distribution of High Watchmaking products, acting as the main link between manufacturing, headquarters and market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global supply and allocation of High Watchmaking pieces for sales, launches, events and special requests.
• Monitor production planning, communicate delivery timelines to HQ, management and markets, and follow up on made‑to‑order projects.
• Maintain planning and allocation tools, ensure product visibility across markets, and manage SAP order execution.
• Track worldwide stock levels, balance inventory across markets, and identify stock opportunities.
• Develop and share KPIs on forecast accuracy, lead times, allocations and stock performance; provide ad‑hoc analysis for management decisions.
• Support markets with availability visibility and specific allocation requests, and contribute to transversal projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, sales operations or production planning.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with solid knowledge of forecasting, inventory management and planning principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work with both operational and commercial teams.
