IAM Engineer

About the role

Join the digital identity team at Adnovum to design and integrate cutting‑edge identity and access management solutions for clients across various industries. You will work on Linux, Windows and container environments, helping customers modernise their security architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate IAM components on Linux, Windows and container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Model and implement IAM processes, components and systems, including Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases and LDAP.
• Gather technical requirements directly with clients and translate them into IAM system integrations.
• Provide architectural and strategic advice to customers and actively participate in project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science (ETH/university of applied sciences/university).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with complex integration projects.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Service‑oriented mindset, initiative and independence.

Required skills

• Linux administration.
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• IAM product knowledge (e.g., OneIdentity).
• Target system expertise: Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, LDAP.
• IAM concepts and standards: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, Zero Trust.
