ICT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ICT Support Engineer to join our head office in Härkingen, Switzerland. In this position you will deliver first‑ and second‑level ICT support, ensure reliable workplace services and help create a secure, modern and user‑friendly IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level ICT support via ticketing system, phone, email and on‑site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and Windows operating system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other workplace equipment.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 and standard business applications.
• Manage user onboarding, off‑boarding, account permissions and standard service requests.
• Maintain ICT asset, license and device lifecycle records.
• Support endpoint management, software deployment, patch management and endpoint security.
• Provide remote and on‑site assistance for offices, meeting rooms and roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational education in IT, ICT or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in ICT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
