ICT Supporter (Citrix & Windows)

About the role

You will provide IT support within Swisscom's Workplace environment, focusing on Citrix and Windows systems. Your work ensures smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and efficient troubleshooting for both standard users and VIPs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IMACD activities, resolve software and hardware incidents, and support VIP users.
• Administer Windows 10, Active Directory accounts, shared folders, and related permissions.
• Maintain VMware and Citrix platforms, including VM restarts, snapshot reverts, and XenDesktop/XenMobile management.
• Oversee Golden Image processes from request validation to production rollout.
• Handle inventory and lifecycle for PCs, laptops, IGEL devices, and software deployments.
• Manage SafeWalk authentication and Trend Micro security alerts.
• Lead IGEL management via UMS console, profile creation, device onboarding, and updates.
• Support telephony systems (Extranet Swisscom) and documentation version control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, and end‑user assistance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, and virtualization tools (VMware, Citrix).
• Experience with asset and inventory management across hardware and software.
• Ability to lead deployments and lifecycle projects such as Golden Image and BatchPatch.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware (PCs, smartphones) and software platforms.
• Good documentation habits and proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
