Senior IT Consultant – Strategy & Execution

About the role

Join EY Parthenon's Strategy & Execution team as a Senior IT Consultant. You will work on M&A and strategy projects focused on technology, helping clients design operating models, integration plans and day‑1/day‑100 IT strategies across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct IT due diligence, develop integration and separation blueprints, and define IT transition service agreements (TSAs).
• Design IT operating models and create day‑1 and day‑100 implementation plans for client transactions.
• Assess technical and financial information, provide recommendations, and support execution of transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams and maintain professional relationships with corporate and private‑equity clients across Europe.
• Contribute to business origination activities and support recruiting initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed business or STEM degree.
• At least 1 year of full‑time experience in IT M&A, consulting, or related industry roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities demonstrated in academic or professional settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional fluency in German, French or Italian is a plus.
• Project‑management capability, client‑oriented attitude and willingness to travel to client sites.
