In Room Dining Host

About the role

As an In Room Dining Host at Six Senses Crans Montana, you will be the first point of contact for guests ordering food and beverage to their rooms. You will ensure a courteous, efficient, and memorable service experience that reflects the luxury standards of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and answer the outlet telephone in line with department standards.
• Take orders from all food and beverage menus, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Prepare and verify all mise‑en‑place for service, ensuring accuracy before delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of outlet menus, wine lists, and daily F&B operations.
• Promote items as directed by the supervisor and adhere to LQA and Six Senses service guidelines.
• Keep departmental equipment clean and in good working order.
• Continuously meet and exceed performance benchmarks and guest comment standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years experience in a full‑service restaurant or similar luxury hotel setting.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Valid EU passport or Swiss work authorization.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or a current food service/health handler permit.
