Independent Recruitment Partner – Senior, Self‑Employed, Swiss Market

About the role

We are looking for senior recruitment professionals to join TalentCloud Group as independent partners. You will run your own desk, focusing on senior‑level searches in the Swiss market while enjoying full autonomy and the backing of a strong Swiss brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a niche market (IT, Engineering, MedTech, Finance or other specialties).
• Conduct end‑to‑end senior‑level searches, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain client relationships with complete commercial freedom.
• Collaborate with a network of senior partners when mutually beneficial.
• Choose your preferred work setting – Geneva, Zürich, remote or hybrid.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering senior‑level placements.
• Minimum 8–20 years of recruitment experience in your chosen sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for independence.
• Strong network and relationship‑building skills.
