About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of new products and optimise existing ones. You will work closely with project and product teams to turn innovative concepts into manufacturing‑ready components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design solutions for new products and optimise the current portfolio.
• Create innovative design concepts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Produce manufacturing‑ready designs for plastic, stamped and bent parts, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Proactively implement design improvements in cooperation with product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).
• Design of plastic components.
• Design of stamped and bent metal parts.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS‑Project).
