Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across our High Voltage Technology organization. You will collaborate with R&D Quality Managers, Global Product Support, and Technology Centers to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Technology Integrated Management System in line with business, regulatory, and standards requirements.
• Standardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across R&D, Global Product Support, and Technology Centers, ensuring effective governance and adoption.
• Coordinate and support internal, Technology Center, GPS, and external certification audits; analyze findings and drive corrective action plans.
• Monitor R&D and GPS process performance using defined metrics, data analysis, and statistical methods to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Integrate customer feedback, Lessons Learned, NCRs, and quality data into the IMS to strengthen processes.
• Provide guidance and training to R&D Quality Managers and relevant teams, promoting quality awareness and consistent IMS application.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with strong experience in Integrated Management Systems or Quality Management Systems within a complex industrial or technology environment.
• Solid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, applicable regulations, and change management for quality systems.
• Experience conducting or supporting internal and external audits, managing non‑conformities and corrective action plans; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
• Proven ability in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional process standardization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in an international setting.
