Ingénieur(e) mécanique – Conception et développement

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of new products as well as optimise existing ones. The role combines creative concept generation with hands‑on engineering to deliver manufacturing‑ready components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for new product initiatives.
• Perform design optimisation across the current product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with project and product teams to align engineering solutions with business goals.
• Create manufacturing‑ready designs for plastic, stamped and bent components.
• Proactively implement design solutions in cooperation with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in German.
