Integration Engineer

About the role

TALENTS is looking for a full‑time Integration Engineer to join its Geneva office. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining secure, reliable data flows between internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical requirements and translate them into integration architectures.
• Develop, configure and deploy integration solutions using APIs, messaging queues and ETL tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents, diagnose root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
• Optimize performance and scalability of integration services.
• Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, product owners and business stakeholders.
• Document technical designs and contribute to integration best‑practice standards.
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing monitoring of integration components.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing, implementing and maintaining integration solutions across multiple platforms.
• Solid software development background with version‑control and testing practices.
• Systems‑engineering experience in configuring, operating and securing complex integration landscapes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
