Intern – Organizations & Ecosystems Development

About the role

We are looking for two motivated interns to join the Organizations and Ecosystems Development team at the International Trade Centre in Geneva. The role supports the Section’s digital communications, project management and research activities, helping build the capacity of business support organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the Section’s digital communications strategy, planning and creating weekly LinkedIn posts.
• Support the management of the ITC Benchmarking platform.
• Carry out project‑related tasks for capacity‑building programmes, including documentation preparation and activity tracking in Asana.
• Conduct desk research, draft BSO assessment reports and prepare briefing materials on trade and investment promotion best practices.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a graduate‑level programme (second university degree or equivalent) or equivalent advanced studies.
• Strong interest in international trade, development and support of SMEs and trade institutions.
• Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana project‑management tool.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for drafting reports and presentations.
