Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

The Internal Communications Specialist will design, produce, and distribute internal communications across the organisation, ensuring that employees receive clear, credible, and relevant information. You will work closely with senior managers and corporate communications to align messaging and support global learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and distribute organisation‑wide and HR‑related materials (newsletters, handbooks, benefit updates, etc.) in print and digital formats.
• Develop and maintain an internal communications strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and departments.
• Provide English‑language communications support for multiple markets and represent the employee communication function on cross‑functional project teams.
• Create, publish, and manage global e‑learning courses on the Cornerstone platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in an international setting, including at least one year in corporate communications.
• Exceptional oral and written English (C2 level).
• Strong project‑management, organisational, and multi‑tasking abilities.

• Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
