About the role

Collège Champittet seeks experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) teachers to deliver high‑quality education in a multilingual, international environment.

Key responsibilities

Teach subjects such as Math, Physics, Sciences, Human Sciences or Arts within the IB Diploma Programme.
Utilise a variety of teaching approaches, including ICT integration, to deliver the curriculum.
Act as a learning coach, setting motivating objectives and providing regular, constructive feedback.
Adapt instruction to meet the strengths and needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents about student progress.

Required profile

University degree in the relevant subject area.
Graduate‑level teaching qualification.
Qualified IB teacher with at least seven years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility and team spirit.
Native‑level English and working knowledge of French.
Clean criminal record and Swiss/EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit.
