International Client Services Marketing Intern

About the role

Join the central headquarters of a leading luxury maison as an International Client Services Marketing Intern. Over a six‑month period you will help shape the strategic positioning of Cartier Services across retail, e‑commerce, communication, events and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the 360° Services Marketing & Communication roadmap (online & offline).
• Consolidate and formalise the global Services communication plan.
• Build and maintain the Services wave plan covering global campaigns, media & press, events, client‑relations initiatives and e‑commerce.
• Provide benchmarks and market intelligence to integrate strategic insights into the global Services strategy.
• Monitor visibility initiatives, collect qualitative feedback from regions and deliver synthesis decks for senior stakeholders.
• Pilot the cartier.com Services section, enhancing client journey flows, UX logic, architecture and value proposition.
• Conduct digital benchmarks, coordinate content upgrades and support go‑live preparation.
• Assist the International Client Services team on added‑value services projects, business case structuring and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Luxury or Project Management.
• First experience in Marketing, Communication, Digital or Client Experience.
• Analytical mindset, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Serious, proactive attitude with a passion for luxury.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
