About the role
The role involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of international commercial agreements for a European multinational operating in a regulated industry.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate supply, manufacturing, confidentiality, agency and distribution contracts.
- Provide pragmatic legal solutions to senior management and business units in a dynamic, international environment.
Required profile
- European qualified lawyer with 4–7 years of post‑qualified experience in a leading law firm or international company.
- Strong command of English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.
Required skills
- Solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts at an international level (licensing, distribution, sponsorship, R&D).
- Ability to work autonomously, communicate laterally and upwardly, and manage projects in a fast‑paced growth environment.
