About the role
This high‑impact position is focused on driving international growth for an AI and enterprise technology company. Based in Switzerland and operating in a remote‑first environment, you will lead partnership strategy and execution across key EMEA and APAC markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline targets across EMEA and APAC.
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies with cloud providers, systems integrators, consultancies, VARs and technology alliances.
- Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with strategic partners.
- Launch and scale co‑sell initiatives with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
- Design joint go‑to‑market programs, including co‑marketing campaigns and partner‑led services.
- Establish partner enablement frameworks through onboarding, training and certifications.
- Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution and revenue influence metrics.
- Represent the organization at regional industry events, executive briefings and partner summits.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development or related commercial roles within technology, SaaS, AI, cloud or enterprise software.
- Proven success managing partnership ecosystems across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Strong understanding of regional business dynamics and enterprise buying behavior.
