International Tax Manager

About the role

Frontiers is seeking an International Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and reporting across its global entities. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will shape tax strategy while ensuring adherence to Swiss and international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax rules, including withholding tax, VAT/sales tax, and corporate income tax.
• Monitor tax law changes in all jurisdictions and assess their impact on the group.
• Develop tax‑efficient strategies and maintain transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Prepare GAAP and non‑GAAP statutory tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures.
• Manage local and foreign tax audits and coordinate external advisers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent tax qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a top‑tier public accounting firm or as an in‑house Tax Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss tax system and international tax principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
