Internship – Innovation & Analytics Hub

About the role

The Innovation & Analytics Hub at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights is seeking motivated interns to support its mission of advancing data‑driven human‑rights work. Interns will join one of four workstreams and contribute to projects that shape early‑warning systems, digital tools, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing strategic planning meetings, outreach initiatives and training workshops.
• Support the creation of analytics products, slide decks and background papers.
• Help monitor and analyse the implementation of strategic initiatives across the Office.
• Contribute to the development of digital transformation and AI‑related projects.
• Participate in the Human Rights Risk Analysis and Early Warning workstream, providing data support.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about human‑rights issues and data‑driven analysis.
• Able to commit to a minimum of three months, up to six months.
• Willing to work full‑time on‑site in Geneva or remotely, depending on the workstream.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
