Inventory & Hub Operations Specialist

About the role

BOLIA is looking for an Inventory & Hub Operations Specialist based at its BOLIA Hub in Zürich, Switzerland. The role takes ownership of daily hub operations, supports store teams in keeping inventory accurate and efficient, and turns returned and cancelled products back into sales opportunities. It involves close cooperation with the Retail Country Manager, store teams, logistics partners and the Retail Operational Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of the BOLIA Hub with efficient workflows and high operational standards, including a welcoming customer pick-up experience.
• Manage returned and cancelled products so they are processed quickly and made available for resale.
• Maintain accurate outlet pricing, handle damage documentation and follow up on stock issues.
• Plan and run inventories at the hub and selected stores, and investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Support and train store teams in stock management, inventory routines and operational best practices.
• Optimise stockroom organisation, replenishment and daily stock handling.
• Act as the link between stores, the hub and logistics partners, and collaborate with the Retail Operational Manager and Loss Prevention Controller on stock control and loss prevention.
• Identify process improvements and reduce stock losses.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations or a similar operational role.
• Strong understanding of stock handling, inventory accuracy and efficient workflows.
• Highly structured, organised and detail-oriented, able to work independently across locations.
• Analytical, solution-oriented and passionate about operational excellence.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge, building relationships and communicating with internal teams and external partners.
