Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship – Greentech (Zurich, Sep 2026)

About the role

Nomura Greentech is offering an off‑cycle internship in its Investment Banking division in Zurich, starting September 2026. Interns will work alongside senior bankers on live transactions and sector coverage, gaining the same exposure as a first‑year analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Support deal execution on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings and derivative transactions.
• Generate and present ideas to clients as part of the deal team.
• Conduct financial, structural and business risk analysis for client presentations.
• Participate in pitching new mandates and developing proprietary content.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university degree program with strong academic performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
• Commitment to Nomura’s goals and values.
• Interest in greentech infrastructure and investment banking.
