Investment Solutions Client Manager

About the role

Join Mercer’s fast‑growing Investment Solutions team in Zurich, supporting a portfolio of Swiss clients with tailored investment products and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Marsh’s delegated fund structures and bespoke solutions to explain them to clients and colleagues.
• Support client‑service delivery across the Swiss Investment Solutions base, ensuring a first‑class experience.
• Collaborate with large Investment Solutions clients, managing stakeholder communication between investment managers, internal teams and clients.
• Assist consultants with performance analysis, strategic asset allocation advice, economic commentary and client presentations.
• Lead relationship management with client investment committees and conduct periodic client meetings.
• Coordinate with operational, portfolio management and consulting teams on a range of projects.

Required profile

• Energetic, proactive and focused on efficient execution.
• Excellent communication skills in Swiss German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and solid project‑management experience.
• Relevant experience in investment markets and/or consulting.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficiency.
• CFA charterholder status or comparable investment education.
