Senior Vice President – Property Treaty Reinsurance

About the role

The Senior Vice President position is a senior broking role focused on per‑risk reinsurance within the property risk portfolio. You will work closely with European clients to design and deliver tailored reinsurance solutions, leveraging deep market expertise and strong relationships across property catastrophe and per‑risk markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation and client‑focused solutions for complex risk challenges.
• Build and sustain strategic client relationships across European markets to support revenue growth.
• Manage and develop broking teams, enhancing technical expertise in property and per‑risk reinsurance.
• Collaborate with property line teams to align client solutions, market insights and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in property reinsurance broking, especially per‑risk solutions for European clients.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and high‑value client relationships.
• Strong network with treaty underwriters and key market stakeholders.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of European property and catastrophe reinsurance markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
