IT Business Process Engineer – AMOS ERP

About the role

As an IT Business Process Engineer you will lead AMOS ERP integration projects across the AMAC group, ensuring the system supports the MRO business efficiently. You will also provide day‑to‑day technical support to users in Switzerland, Turkey and JCB Aero, helping them resolve issues and adopt best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure the AMOS ERP system and related satellite devices for daily operations.
• Identify, document and coordinate process adjustments and integration projects.
• Deliver user training, create documentation and ensure compliance with local standards.
• Analyse incidents, diagnose root causes and resolve or escalate them via the IT Service Management Tool.
• Maintain AMOS client health, basic data, and hardware settings (label printers, scanners, badge readers).

Required profile

• Fluent in English; French or German beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an AMOS administrator or key user.
• Strong knowledge of Part 145 MRO processes; Part 21G/21J a plus.
• Independent, proactive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
