IT Service Desk Specialist – Morges or Petit-Lancy

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Morges (or Petit‑Lancy). You will be the first point of contact for client requests, ensuring efficient handling and resolution of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and process incoming client requests.
• Log, track and close tickets using our ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to the Operations team and external partners.
• Perform system administration tasks such as account creation and user‑rights management.
• Update technical documentation.
• Participate in on‑site technical interventions at client locations.
• Provide courteous support and reassure clients.

Required profile

• Formal IT training (CFC or equivalent).
• 2‑5 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong communication skills in French and good English (minimum B2).
• Customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to build trust.
