Junior Account Manager – Music Distribution

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager for TuStreams within Warner Music Group, you will act as the primary strategic advisor and “Tower of Control” for our exclusive label partners. You will bridge high‑level release strategy with day‑to‑day operational execution, ensuring our partners’ music reaches a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for label partners, managing all aspects of the release workflow.
• Develop and implement release strategies aligned with market trends and partner goals.
• Handle operational tasks such as royalty tracking, data verification, and platform uploads.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, including royalty issues and metadata errors.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and launch digital activation campaigns.
• Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
