Junior Freelance Web Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a junior freelance web designer to create a visually engaging, user‑friendly website for a new travel agency. The project is fully remote and will be built on the Wix platform using provided assets such as a homepage video and curated photography.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the travel agency website on Wix from start to launch.
• Customize Wix templates to match the brand’s visual identity.
• Integrate multimedia elements (video, images) and ensure mobile responsiveness.
• Create clear navigation structures and compelling calls‑to‑action.
• Apply basic SEO best practices to improve online visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and building websites on Wix.
• Strong portfolio, preferably with travel, hospitality or service‑based projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently on a remote basis.
• Availability to start promptly and meet agreed timelines.
