Junior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Code Evaluation)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-moving team that builds and evaluates AI-generated code. Based in Switzerland, you will work closely with AI researchers and software engineers to ensure that AI-produced applications are reliable, well-structured and ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Clone, run and debug AI-generated full-stack and frontend applications to verify functionality.
• Assess code quality, readability, modularity and compliance with engineering standards.
• Identify UI, layout and logic inconsistencies in AI outputs and document findings.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine code-evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Support development of reusable frontend components and internal tooling.
• Implement small features, UI tweaks and iterative improvements.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI code-generation models.

Required profile

• Basic to some professional experience in full-stack or frontend development.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork.
• Curiosity about AI systems and code-generation technologies.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
