About the role

Alpinum Solutions is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to provide temporary support to a public‑sector client’s Legal Department in Zurich. The role focuses on operational contract management, including renewals, extensions, and general administrative legal tasks related to external service provider agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract renewals and extensions with external service providers.
• Provide administrative legal support, including contract tracking and operational contract management.
• Assist the legal team with contract‑related processes, deadlines, documentation, and general legal administration.

Required profile

• Junior‑level legal professional with first experience in an in‑house legal department or law firm.
• Good understanding of Swiss contract law and contract administration.
• Independent, structured working style with a hands‑on mentality.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume, operational contract work.
• Fluency in German.
