Junior-Mid Digital Designer/E-commerce Creative Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior‑Mid Digital Designer/E‑commerce Creative Assistant to support the production of digital assets for our online store, product launches, email marketing and social media channels. Working from existing templates and clear creative direction, you will ensure high‑quality, on‑brand execution across multiple touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish assets for product pages, landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Design and adapt visuals for CRM/email, web banners, social media and other marketing materials.
• Perform basic image editing tasks such as cropping, colour correction, retouching and exporting files.
• Create variations from approved templates while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Support the broader creative team with day‑to‑day production tasks.
• Explore and apply AI‑assisted creative tools where appropriate.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in digital or graphic design, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Comfortable using Figma or a willingness to learn it quickly.
• Basic understanding of digital layouts, image formats and export requirements.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.

• Figma
• Basic image editing (cropping, colour adjustment, retouching, exporting)
• Adobe Lightroom (nice to have)
• AI‑assisted creative tools (nice to have)
