About the role

As a Junior Office Project Manager within the Office Management team, you will support high‑impact workplace initiatives such as new office openings, fit‑outs, relocations and upgrades. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into structured project plans and deliver results on time in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end delivery of office and workplace projects (openings, expansions, fit‑outs, moves, refurbishments) across all locations.
  • Assist in setting up operations for the firm’s serviced apartments, coordinating vendors, processes and readiness planning.
  • Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks and progress against timelines.
  • Coordinate stakeholders including Office Management, IT, consultants, contractors, landlords and service providers to ensure timely decisions and actions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, project updates, decision logs and executive‑ready status reports, and follow up on open actions.
  • Track budgets, documentation, approvals and governance materials such as minutes, decisions, plans and handover packs.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to steady‑state operations with handover documentation and operational playbooks.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in office or workplace projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain documentation discipline and pay strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity to build new approaches, processes or services.
  • Diverse professional backgrounds are welcome.
