About the role

Bavarian Capital is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its internal operations team supporting a private‑banking client. The role is fully remote, full‑time and permanent, offering a steady workflow focused on clear processes and precise communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines and update internal trackers for all partners.
• Organise and document requirements for ongoing private‑banking work.
• Schedule and coordinate routine status check‑ins to spot bottlenecks early.
• Draft internal reports summarising project health and resource allocation.
• Support standardisation of documentation across multiple remote workstreams.
• Monitor task completion and follow up with team members to respect deadlines.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for monthly performance reviews.
• Maintain digital file structures for easy access to project information.
