Junior Sales & Admissions Officer – Education Recruitment

About the role

Helvetic Business School is seeking a motivated Junior Sales & Admissions Officer to join its international education team in Vevey. You will turn prospective student inquiries into enrolled learners, guide applicants through the admissions journey, and expand our network of recruitment agents.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Understand student needs, present programmes clearly and guide them from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records with lead status, notes and next steps.
• Identify, qualify and onboard new recruitment agents in key international markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with agents, providing programme information and marketing material.
• Track agent performance and support them to meet recruitment targets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, agent activity and enrollment progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, student recruitment, customer service or business development.
• Experience in the education sector is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills; comfortable speaking with students, parents and international agents.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and a target‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English.
