About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic commercial team in Lucerne. In this position you will support the B2B sales department, help build strong relationships with partners and customers, and contribute to the company’s growth while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Support the B2B sales team in daily activities.
- Process and fulfil orders, including logistics and export tasks.
- Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with partners.
- Present products to potential customers at events and exhibitions.
- Update and maintain CRM and ERP databases.
- Collect, analyse and report monthly sales statistics.
- Travel internationally when required (up to 10% of time).
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in the high‑end luxury or watch industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach.
- Excellent English; French or German language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, pleasant demeanor.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Practical experience with CRM software.
- Practical experience with ERP systems.
